The scope of work was planned and conducted using a waterfall project management approach, according to Mikoluk. 2013, waterfall employs a sequential design process. Development flows sequentially from start point to end point, with several different stages: conception, initiation, analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
